Practices on the Day of Buddha's First Teaching

We will do some of the recommended practices for this special day, which marks the day of Buddha's first teaching. Practices done on such days are considered very powerful.

About the session

As there will be no teaching/explanation about the practice within the actual session, it is mainly meant for those we are already familiar with traditional practices and prayers within Tibetan Buddhism. However, you are very welcome to attend even if you are not familiar with these practices. You can attend at whatever level suits you, participate in the whole practice or just participate in whatever part of the practice makes sense to you and listen in/observe the rest.

Dedication list

At the end of the practice, we dedicate the positive energy created for the benefit of those who have recently died, are ill, are suffering or in some other way needs support. If you would like to add anyone to the dedication list, please email Maria Damsholt (see contact information below). Anyone can add someone to the dedication list, also if you don’t participate in the session.
