Notice: In this semester we resume our evening meditations on every Tuesday. These sessions will be offerred in person but also streamed online. It is not necessary to book a ticket if you plan to attend the session in person. This booking page if only for those joining online.
Join the meditation sessions with former Buddhist monk and psychotherapist Stephan Pende, who will share from his experience of 35 years practicing in different Buddhist traditions.
You will explore a wide spectrum of meditation and mindfulness practices from simple breathing meditation to the most profound practice of non-meditation.
The evenings are suitable for beginners who want to start their practice with profound and easy to apply techniques and experienced mindfulness practitioners who want to deepen their practice.
Stephan Wormland, MA in clinical psychology, is trained in Gestalt therapy. He has studied and practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 35 years and spent 5 years in meditation retreats. Stephan was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years and teaches meditation in Buddhist Centers in Europe.
