The benefits of Medicine Buddha Practice
Medicine Buddha puja is beneficial for mental and physical healing and world peace. This puja is
especially helpful for those who are experiencing physical or mental illness or those who have
recently passed away. By doing this practice you create positive merits for yourself, others, and the
center. You can read more about the benefits of Medicine Buddha Mantra and Practice here.
About the session
As there will be no teaching/explanation about the practice within the actual session, it is mainly
meant for those we are already familiar with traditional practices and prayers within Tibetan
Buddhism. However, you are very welcome to attend even if you are not familiar with these
practices. You can attend at whatever level suits you, participate in the whole practice or just
participate in whatever part of the practice makes sense to you and listen in/observe the rest.
Dedication list
At the end of the practice, we dedicate the positive energy created for the benefit of those who have
recently died, are ill, are suffering or in some other way needs support. If you would like to add
anyone to the dedication list, please email Maria Damsholt (see contact information below). Anyone
can add someone to the dedication list, also if you don’t participate in the session.

The practice will be led by Maria Damsholt. If you have any questions about the practice or would
