Mantra Recitation on H.H. Dalai Lama's Birthday

On the joyful occasion of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s ninetieth birthday on July 6, 2025, we will recite the OM MANI PADME HUM mantra and dedicate with the long life prayer for His Holiness.

About the session

If you are not familiar with mantra recitation, you are still very welcome to attend and we can do a short introduction in the beginning of the session. However, these prayers and practices takes time, experience and knowledge to understand and appreciate fully. But many find benefit to attend, even if they don't understand the practice fully. You can attend at whatever level suits you, participate in the whole practice or just participate in whatever part of the practice makes sense to you and listen in/observe the rest.
