An opportunity to deepen the heart through essential Buddhist contemplations.
The Four Immeasurable Thoughts — also known as the Four Sublime Attitudes — are foundational practices that expand the mind beyond self-centred concerns and open the heart to others. They are:
Loving-Kindness — wishing all beings genuine happiness and well-being
Compassion — wishing all beings to be free from suffering and its causes
