The Mindful Heart Program is designed to help participants develop understanding of how the mind works. Through mindfulness, meditation, discussions and contemplation, the aim is to gradually let go of destructive patterns of thought and behavior while cultivating a healthy sense of self-confidence.

About the Event
The Mindful Heart Program is designed to help participants develop understanding of how the mind works. Through mindfulness, meditation, discussions and contemplation, the aim is to gradually let go of destructive patterns of thought and behavior while cultivating a healthy sense of self-confidence and a deep, compassionate connection with others.
A Mindful Heart is a brand new transformative 12- week course developed by the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW) inspired by the Creating Compassion Cultures program.
Each session has a particular focus but you can attend the sessions independently of each other:
