Tara, the mother of all Buddhas, is a manifestation of enlightened activity. She helps especially in acute and difficult situations.

This Medicine Buddha practice was written in 1673 by the Fifth Dalai Lama. To worship the Seven Medicine Buddhas is a spiritual method to relieve disease, poverty, conflict and all the other ailments. Despite the almost miraculous advances in medicine and other technologies, these ailments are still a fundamental reality of human existence as much now as they were 2500 years ago.
