Qi-Gong improves the general health and wellbeing of the practitioner. The gentle motions and stretching movements improve circulation and digestion. Some exercises are good for lung conditions and asthma, and the exercises reduce mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body.

Snow Lion Yoga

Location: Center for Visdom og Medfølelse
The course will be Hatha Yoga and meditation, and will draw upon different forms of martial art and energy work from the path of the peaceful warrior (Kong Fu, Qigong, Aikido and Tai Chi).
The focus in the beginning will be on slow movements, body awareness, breathing and relaxation, but when we have learned: “To be like water” (Bruce Lee http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iO3sBulXpVw), we will start to incorporate more powerful and endurance demanding techniques, depending upon the skills, wishes and experience of the participants.
Jannick himself has been practicingfor ten years in many different forms of yoga, meditation, martial arts, dancing and energy work techniques.

Elena has done a total of over 500 hours of training in yoga and meditation and in the last 5 years has been teaching yoga and meditation in Scandinavia, England and Australia. Her clear and simple, yet thorough style of teaching is uplifting and joyful, embracing the special sparkle in every individual she works with.
